The apartment in the villa, which is always referred to as "Switzerland" after the home country of its first occupants, urgently needs an update.
In our efforts to gradually update the villa, it is now the turn of this apartment.
While the two bedrooms were renovated a few years ago, the kitchen and dining area haven't changed in almost 30 years.
A new floor, a new (good used) kitchen unit and a fresh coat of paint will give this small apartment a whole new quality.
The apartment is used by guests, course participants or short-term employee families looking for accommodation.
The estimated cost is around €2,000 – €3,000 if we can find a cheap used kitchen. However, we can only prepare at the moment, because we still don't have the money for the purchase of construction materials and furniture...
